PST Floats may be eligible for the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which offers a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Pay Range : $21.00 - $33.00 per hour

All offers are based on skills, relevant experience, degrees / certifications, internal equity, and market data.

Float Incentive : Additional $1.50 / hr. plus mileage reimbursement

Work Schedule : Mondays through Fridays, hours vary between 6 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm; additional hours and rotating weekends may be required

Work Location : 120 W Parkridge Avenue, Corona, CA 92880

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform blood collections via venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Accurately and promptly enter patient data
• Process billing and collect payments as needed
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain logs of patient and specimen information
• Provide excellent customer service
• Perform administrative duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites as required
