Production Coordinator 2nd Shift

Purpose Statement

The Production Coordinator is responsible for executing the day-to-day production schedule monitoring and fixing issues adjusting lines as needed and ensuring all production lines run smooth and free of problems. This position will work directly with Line Leads and associates to improve efficiencies ensure quality and promote a positive work environment.

Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

• Supervises the daily production schedule execution.
• Ensures all product is manufactured in compliance with the Specifications set forth by the Customer and RPC Maintaining or exceeding manufacturing Standards Yields and Efficiencies.
• Promotes Continuous Improvement Process throughout facility.
• Promotes Quality of Work Life for all employees.
• Ensures all required documentation for production records are completed according to RPC policies.
• Trains line leads and line employees on Rules and Regulations Safety Good Manufacturing Practices Standard Operating Procedures and Job Expectations.
• Resolves any employee issues through grievance process. Recommends recognitions promotions or disciplinary actions based on Employee performance.
• Attend and complete any RPC sponsored training.
• This role requires utilizing S4 / Hana(SAP) / Fiori to report TPM related defects as discovered as well as to alert Maintenance of unplanned maintenance activities

In accordance with state law the rate or range provided is Rich Products Corporation its subsidiaries and affiliates (Richs) reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience knowledge skills abilities shift differential and location.
