Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Engineer II / III to join our Structures and Bridge Design Group , based in Richmond, VA . Remote work options are available for qualified candidates. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative renewable energy and structural design projects in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  of a successful candidate include but are not limited to :

• Design steel piles and steel connections for a variety of structural applications
• Develop cast-in-place concrete slab designs
• Apply knowledge of renewable energy systems and terminology to structural design
• Assist in developing project scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Support project and task management activities
• Contribute to marketing efforts and proposal development
