You will receive a $10,000 retention bonus over the course of your first year with us if you are an RN

You will receive a $4,000 retention bonus over the course of your first year with us if you are an LPN

Job Title : Charge Nurse

Location : Bethany Home Sioux Falls

Employment Shift : Full - Time, Part - Time, & PRN Shifts Available.

Starting Pay : LPN starting range $23 - $28 RN starting range $31 - $35 (Compensation will be determined by skill set and years of experience)

Shifts Available : 12 Hour Shifts Available. 6AM - 6PM or 6PM - 6AM.

DAILY TASKS :

• Supervise CNA, CMA, and Nurse Aide staff members in performing cares and administering medicine
• Chart the progress of residents using PointClickCare
• Check in with residents and ensure that any major changes in diet / activities / lifestyle is charted and brought to the right people
• Form relationships with our residents
• Strive to build a place where residents feel at home
