AIA Billing / Accounts Receivable Support

We are looking for an AIA Billing / AR Support associate to join our credit team!

Key Responsibilities :

AIA Billing :

• Prepare and submit AIA G702 / G703 billing documents in accordance with customer contract terms.
• Work closely with sales, project managers, and customers to ensure all billing details are accurate and approved.
• Monitor project billing schedules and deadlines to ensure timely submission.
• Track lien waivers, retainage, and change orders as related to AIA documents.
• Address and resolve billing discrepancies or customer questions promptly.
