In this role, you'll provide safe, accurate medication administration while supporting residents' daily needs in a welcoming, home-like environment.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications safely and on schedule in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
• Document all medication administration accurately and thoroughly in facility records
• Observe residents for changes in condition or side effects and report promptly to nursing staff
• Assist with activities of daily living, including grooming, hygiene, and mobility, as needed
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment
