MIDDLE SCHOOL SOCIAL STUDIES TEACHER

An experienced teacher is needed to teach Middle School Social Studies courses. The successful candidate should have at minimum three years of teaching experience in a classroom setting. Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred. Must hold or be willing to obtain teacher certification in the subject area. The teacher will prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, responsible, disciplined Christians who exhibit knowledge and wisdom in submission to God. The successful candidate will possess strong relational skills and serve as an advocate for students. The teacher will work closely with the Middle School office. The teacher will ascribe to and perform all duties in accordance with The King's Academy's Statement of Faith and Employee Role Model Standards.

The employees of the King's Academy are ministers of the Gospel and the successful candidate will possess a clear testimony of personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and must be able to demonstrate active membership and involvement in an evangelical local church. The teacher will ascribe to and perform all duties in accordance with The King's Academy's Statement of Faith and Employee Role Model Standards.
