Optimize system performance, cloud infrastructure, and containerized applications (Docker, GCP, AWS). Collaborate with the founding team to shape Strala’s technology stack and engineering culture. Experience : 5+ years in backend development (Python, Go, or Node.js). Startups : At least 1+ year in an early-stage, high-growth startup ( Scalability : Proven track record in scaling systems 100x. Infrastructure & Databases : Strong experience with PostgreSQL, vector databases, AWS / GCP cloud infrastructure, and Docker. APIs & System Design : Expertise in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and GraphQL services. AI Experience : Familiarity with LLMs, their limitations, function calling, and robustness. Mindset : Extreme ownership, proactive problem-solving, and ability to ship code on day one.
