Work Schedule

You must be available to work between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. The schedule may vary within that range.

Training

We have in-house supervisors who will train you in all cleaning procedures and the proper use of cleaning products.

Position Summary

The cleaning staff will be responsible for deep cleaning and maintaining assigned areas within a restaurant. Tasks may vary, so flexibility and willingness to perform assigned duties are required.

Essential Duties

• Kitchen cleaning: cleaning kitchen equipment; rinsing and sanitizing floors and surfaces; washing walls, shelves, and handles; polishing metal surfaces; performing any other tasks necessary to maintain an A sanitary rating.
• Front-of-house cleaning: cleaning and sanitizing restrooms; emptying trash and bringing it to the designated area; sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors; dusting lamps, window sills and all horizontal surfaces; cleaning and polishing metal fixtures and shiny surfaces.
• General responsibilities: follow all safety guidelines and internal policies; perform other assigned tasks; job duties may be modified at any time.

Requirements

• Bilingual
• Commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Restaurant cleaning experience valued

Position Type

Full-time and part-time available.

Starting Pay

$18.00 per hour.
