Truck Driver - Home Daily - CDL A. Minimum qualifications include being at least 21 years of age, holding a valid Class A commercial driver's license, having a safe driving record and history, possessing or being willing to obtain hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles / triples endorsements within 90 days of employment, passing a DOT drug test with no prior positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years, holding a valid DOT medical certification card or passing a company-paid DOT physical, and being available to work a flexible schedule up to 12-14 hours a day, including day, night and weekend shifts. Preferred qualifications include forklift experience.

About the Truck Driver Job : Pay, benefits and more include home daily, an expected pay range of $34.60 to $40.18 per hour. Pay is on an annual step progression. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. Experienced drivers can start at $40.18 / hour. This is a Motor Carrier Act Exempt position.

What you'll do on a typical day includes safely operating a tractor-trailer combination, including doubles and triples, providing excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads, loading and unloading freight. Truck Drivers are required to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights, safely climb in / out of a tractor cab / trailer, sit for extended periods in a truck tractor and / or on a forklift; safely operate heavy equipment and a forklift, walk and stand for extended periods on various surfaces that may be uneven or slippery, reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel, operate a tractor-trailer combination for up to 11 consecutive hours, in all types of weather, while safely transporting hazardous / non-hazardous materials.
