Airbus Robotics is looking for a Senior Systems / Controls Engineer to join our Engineering team based in Mukilteo, WA.

Your challenges :

Research, select, and apply sensors, communication technologies, or control devices for motion control, position sensing, pressure sensing, or electronic communication.

Develop architecture and software for embedded systems, HMIs, and peripherals.

Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products, equipment, systems, and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.

Crafts project plans, setting goals / target specs, and KPIs. Owns the quality of execution, iteration speed, quality of the decision-making, and quality of the results (as appropriate) of projects. Leads projects and is responsible for technical leadership within projects. Consistently and successfully delegates work and divides up complex tasks for project teams.

Holds themselves and others accountable for technical progress and quality as well as professional behavior, regardless of seniority.

Develops, plans, and executes projects and leads one or more engineers technically. Guides and trains other members of the project team. Assists in the career development of one or more junior engineers.
