CDL-A Flatbed / Stepdeck / RGN Driver – 28% Starting Pay (30% After 60 Days) – Out 2 Weeks Minimum

Location : OTR – Based out of Terminal 75 (BEEMAC)

Position Type : Full-Time

Equipment : Flatbed, Stepdeck, RGN

Hiring for : Driver to run Owner-Operator’s truck (Peterbilt Sleeper 579)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated CDL-A Driver to operate a well-maintained Peterbilt sleeper truck leased onto BEEMAC Terminal 75. This role is for drivers who want steady miles, strong percentage pay, and the opportunity to pull flatbed, stepdeck, and RGN freight.

You will run consistent customer freight, stay out a minimum of 2 weeks, and be paid a competitive percentage with a raise after 60 days.

Home Time

Must be willing to stay out a minimum of 2 weeks at a time

Home 3-4 days if out two weeks

Flexible return scheduling after 14 days out

More weeks out = more earning potential

Responsibilities

Safely operate flatbed, stepdeck, and / or RGN equipment

Properly secure loads using straps, chains, binders, tarps (training available)

Follow all DOT / FMCSA regulations and BEEMAC policies

Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Communicate consistently with dispatch and the truck owner

Manage time efficiently to meet pickup and delivery appointments

Maintain clean equipment and represent the company professionally

Job Requirements

Valid CDL Class A

Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience (flatbed experience preferred)

Must pass a DOT drug test and have a valid medical card

Must be able to stay out 2 weeks minimum

Ability to lift and handle securement equipment (up to 75 lbs)

Safe driving history with no major violations

Strong work ethic, good communication skills, and reliability

Willing to learn proper load securement if new to flatbed
