Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager (Security) (Austin or Nashville, relo available)

Description

As a Security Operations Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for managing and coordinating security operations programs projects and initiatives within the OCI ecosystem.

• You will work closely with various teams including security engineering cloud operations and product development to enhance security measures and respond to emerging threats.
• The role requires strong technical expertise excellent program management skills and a strategic mindset to drive security improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget / spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project / product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff providing technical support and direction.

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $109200 to $223400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

8. Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
