Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage enablement training and certification activities for Sales teams
Design and deliver impactful enablement programs focused on sales competencies
Track performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement of enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
3 to 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM program management, or Sales Operations
Strong sales acumen and understanding of sales theory
Proven program management skills for designing and executing enablement programs
Data-driven approach to measuring and analyzing performance impact
Technical proficiency with enablement and eLearning tools
