The prep cook plays a vital role in crafting the essential ingredients for our cook line, contributing significantly to the food safety, sanitation, quality, and timely delivery of dishes. Key duties and Responsibilities :
- Prepare a diverse range of food items following Company recipes and specifications / Preparar una variedad de alimentos siguiendo las recetas y especificaciones de la empresa
- Utilize knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processors, scales and other tools for food preparation / Utilizar cuchillos, batidoras eléctricas, y licuadoras de inmersión para la preparación de alimentos
- Safely operate mixing and other food prep equipment safely, including slicers and other large commercial equipment / Operar de manera segura equipo de mezcla y otros equipos de preparación de alimentos, incluyendo rebanadoras y otros equipos comerciales
