A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative, Inside Com (German speaker).
Key Responsibilities
Overachieve quota tied to territory renewal and expansion goals
Manage annual pipeline and conduct customer experience assessments prior to support expiration
Assist customers with licensing transfers and support ticket resolutions to ensure customer success
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Advanced proficiency in English and German
Relevant experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
Proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPIs
Experience with SalesForce.com and understanding of technology
