About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Operations / Integrator to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading operations and strategy, with a focus on increasing revenue and profitability through system refinement and team alignment. This role requires a proactive and inquisitive leader, comfortable in a fast-paced, virtual environment, and capable of handling high-caliber clientele with integrity. The Head of Operations will also be instrumental in team development, culture, and tech and systems optimization, ensuring that the company is well-equipped to scale and meet the demands of its mission.
Applicants must have a proven track record in senior leadership, with at least 3-5 years' experience in managing a business or business unit, and a strong background in client services, particularly in the financial advisory sector. Experience in scaling a business with a revenue of $5-10M and a deep understanding of financial advisory services, including investment, tax planning, estate planning, or insurance, are essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in leading fully virtual teams, be familiar with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and have a background in managing high-net-worth client relationships. The role is fully remote, and the candidate must be able to work PST hours.
