We are seeking a board-certified Pediatrician for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Connecticut starting Jan 5, 2026. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with day shifts and requires experience providing care for pediatric patients from newborn through age 18. Job Details Location : Connecticut Facility Type : Federally Qualified Health Center Start Date : Jan 5, 2026 LOA : 60 days Provider Type Needed : Pediatrician Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients from birth through 18 years of age Conduct annual visits, sports physicals, and newborn follow-up care Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, weight management, hypertension, asthma, hyperthyroid / hypothyroid, anxiety, and depression Treat acute care cases including colds, cough, flu, ear infections, urinary tract infections, skin rashes, minor injuries, and sprains Document all patient interactions using Nextgen EMR Additional Information At least 2 years of recent experience with pediatric patients is required Current board certification in either Pediatrics or Family Medicine is mandatory Active CT state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certification required Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
