Position Type : Full-Time | 120 W. 1st Ave, Mesa, AZ

Pay Range : $21 - $25 / hr

Position Schedule : Employees are required to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours, M-F 8 : 00am - 6 : 00pm.

Eligible high-performing PTCB-certified technicians may qualify for a hybrid work model, provided they hold active licenses in their home state and all states where Strive has pharmacy operations. This is not a fully remote role.

• Handle phone calls and make outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.
• Manage payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide efficient solutions to inquiries about orders, including payment, shipping, and processing.
• Respond to text messages promptly for easy communication.
• Facilitate communication between pharmacists and technicians to ensure smooth patient care.
