Sales & Outreach Representative
Clean Dreams LLC is an integrated facility management company providing janitorial, construction cleaning, general maintenance, and site services throughout Southeast Michigan. We are a fast-growing company looking for a motivated Sales & Outreach Representative to help us expand our reach, generate leads, and secure walkthroughs with commercial buildings and property managers.
The Sales & Outreach Representative will be responsible for identifying potential commercial clients, conducting outreach by phone, email, and in-person visits (as needed), setting appointments, and tracking all leads in our internal system. This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for someone who is self-driven, organized, and comfortable communicating with businesses.
Generate targeted leads for janitorial, facilities, construction cleaning, and site service opportunities
Make outbound calls, send outreach emails, and follow up with prospective clients
Conduct in-person outreach and walkthroughs when necessary
Set appointments for estimates, walkthroughs, and client meetings
Track leads, notes, and activity in CRM or provided tools
Respond quickly when management assigns specific buildings or neighborhoods to target
(Example : "There's a commercial building on Big Beaver Rd reach out to them today.")
Assist with gathering RFP / RFQ details from publicly posted opportunities
Maintain professionalism and represent Clean Dreams to commercial clients and property managers
Experience in sales, outreach, customer service, telemarketing, or lead generation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making calls, sending emails, and speaking with business owners / managers
Reliable, consistent follow-through and ability to manage multiple leads
