In this role, you will :

• Help shape and mature Centric's Microsoft Dynamics strategy, sales, and go-to-market approach.
• Ensure high-quality client delivery outcomes
• Oversee complex client programs, from discovery through deployment, change management, and risk mitigation.
• Develop estimates, resource plans, proposals, and Statements of Work for client solutions.
• Support alignment of client offerings with Microsoft solution plays and investment programs.
• Define and execute the Microsoft Dynamics practice strategy aligned with Centric's growth goals and Microsoft priorities
• Ensure delivery methodologies, governance frameworks and best practices are established and can scale with the practice.
• Recruit, mentor and manage a high-performing team of Dynamics consultants, architects and developers.
• Act as Solution Architect on the most strategic engagements.
• Foster a culture of AI adoption, continuous learning, certification achievement supporting the team's strategic goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, strengthen relationships with Microsoft teams, and represent Centric at Microsoft events.
