A leading national law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its Fiduciary Litigation team in Houston. What Youll Do
- Partner closely with attorneys through all phases of litigation : discovery, depositions, pre-trial, trial, and post-trial
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and correspondence
- Manage document production, privilege logs, and case files
- Coordinate witnesses, exhibits, and trial logistics
- Conduct legal research and maintain case calendars and deadlines
- Handle e-filing in state and federal courts
