Customer Service Representative

Enjet Aero machines fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description:

The Customer Service Representative acts as the liaison between the customer and the company. This position is fundamental in managing and relaying information to the sales, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality teams. The individual must be able to establish and maintain both internal and external professional relationships at multiple levels.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage and enter customer orders and change orders as necessary.
• Compile required documentation from customers for the contract review process, communicate with customer on missing documentation.
• Maintain internal intranet for blueprints, QAD’s and RCC’s
• Reconcile the MRP system backlog to customer portal schedules, ensure all customer schedules are updated in Epicor.
• Work closely with the sales department on contract administration and customer follow-up.
• Weekly updates to our customer on delivery commits
• Work with vendors on pushing out and pulling in Purchase Orders
• Additional duties/projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or High School Equivalency required
• Minimum (2) years or more of related customer service experience desired. Experience working with Pratt & Whitney a plus.
• Ability to complete work assignments accurately and quickly
• Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of the organization.
• Able to collaborate fluently in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• General computer experience
  1. Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  2. Ability to navigate and understand file structure and naming convention in Windows Explorer environment
• Proven ability to navigate and operate ERP systems. Experience with Epicor a plus.
