A unique opportunity to join a best-in-class marketing team working across PR, social media, events, advertising, photo / video production, book publishing, and more. At Workshop / APD, our in-house team functions as a 360-degree communications agency overseeing strategy and execution for a broad range of initiatives and programs across disciplines. The right candidate is a proactive, organized multi-tasker with a passion for architecture / design and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Support day-to-day marketing activities across PR, social media, events, email campaigns, awards, and content creation.
• Manage team calendar, logistics, and booking for events.
• Maintain marketing asset library and organize press / awards submissions and coverage.
• Monitor social channels for engagement and manage journal content calendars.
• Coordinate website updates, including team pages, press / awards, and product uploads from our Workshop Collection pieces.
• Schedule headshots and maintain staff bios for all new hires.
• Assist with PR efforts, including credit / source lists, interviews, and project narratives.
• Partner with design studios on project narrative development.
• Track press coverage and maintain editorial calendars and award lists.
• Coordinate marketing events such as press days, launches, and speaking engagements.
• Manage email lists and oversee eblast testing and scheduling.
