Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Being knowledgeable about making and serving specialty cocktails, wine, beer. And keeping up with industry trends
• Accurately handling cash, credit, gift card transactions and operating POS system
• Adhering to legal training and serving requirements
• Bus and pre-bus bar-top and tables
• Full-cycle guest service from greets, check backs to closing out customer tabs
• Taking pride in maintaining area cleanliness and equipment functioning

Must have the following qualifications:

• Must obtain Title 4 certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire
• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Previous bartending experience necessary
