Clean Room / Semiconductor Manufacturing Supervisor

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a client of ours in the Durham area recruit for a Clean Room Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team. This is a night shift opportunity working Monday-Thursday 4pm-2am. Candidate will need availability to train on day shift, Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm, for 3-4 weeks. Responsibilities : Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of production operators and technicians during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations in the clean room. Manage daily production activities, including the monitoring of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, production schedules, and output to meet targets. Ensure adherence to clean room protocols, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for semiconductor manufacturing Train new hires and existing team members on clean room procedures, equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices. Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies needed for production and ensure timely replenishment to avoid delays. Requirements : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Hands-on experience working in a clean room environment is required. Proficiency in using production management software and basic office tools (MS Office, ERP systems). Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug test
