Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Solutions Manager to oversee operations and client relationships in AI training and application.

Key Responsibilities

Manage strategic client relationships and ensure operational delivery meets evolving needs

Oversee complex projects by aligning with clients on work volume and developing project plans

Innovate and iterate on process design to improve AI training frameworks and models

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a client-facing role

Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service

Intermediate understanding of financial modeling and data analysis in spreadsheets

Strong management and leadership skills with experience in capacity planning and project management

Ability to work remotely and manage teams without in-person interaction
