    How do I make an impact on my team?

  • Plan, develop, coordinate and implement the day-to-day operational activities of the food & beverage outlets
  • Maintain personal contact with in-house guests and clients in the community to ensure guest loyalty
  • Maintain food & beverage product and service quality standards by implementing policies and procedures, investigating deficiencies / complaints, and initiating corrective action
  • Assist in ordering, receiving, storing and physical count of all food & beverage related products
  • Ensure all food & beverage reporting is completed in a timely fashion to include banquet reconciliation, banquet tickets, and PMS postings.

    • What does success look like in this role?

  • 1-3 years of food & beverage experience
  • Must have open availability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse
  • Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly personality
