[job_card.job_description]Provide comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans Deliver safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing interventions Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and adjust care as needed Participate in unit-based and organizational quality improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with patient care standards, policies, and procedures Participate in orientation, education, and training of students and new staff Support professional growth through continuing education, professional organizations, and review of nursing literature Uphold patient care services philosophy and organizational objectives Graduate of an accredited or approved school of nursing Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a related area (floor or critical care) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS, PALS, or NRP (required for select units / departments; must be obtained within 6 months of hire) Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Georgia or a qualifying multi-state compact license Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) National specialty certification relevant to the area of practice Explore jobs : Visit our job portal to browse positions that suit your preferences.
