Client Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Onboarding Consultant to support a commercial banking client. This role involves assisting account officers in managing client data and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of account information using Pershing applications. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with clients and review documents as needed. Responsibilities : Assist account officers in contacting clients to acquire missing account data. Verify client contact information and input sourced data into Pershing’s client onboarding application. Monitor workflow and follow up on requests for updated client data. Requirements : 3–5 years of experience as a sales assistant or in CIP / KYC roles. Knowledge of CIP / KYC processes and regulations. Ability to analyze account documents for accuracy and completeness. Strong Excel and communication skills. Experience with Pershing preferred. Fluency in Spanish is required.
