Position Overview

QinetiQ US is seeking a temporary Senior Financial Analyst to provide leadership and guidance through knowledge, experience, and their ability to effectively manage and oversee current and emerging projects. The candidate will help identify critical warfighter needs, initiate new projects, and provide management and technical expertise in project execution to deliver impactful capability to the warfighter quickly.

(This will be a temporary position)

Responsibilities

Guides and supports acquisition management of current and future COMSATCOM projects, including the total cost, schedule, and performance.

• Oversee collaborative development and processing of requirements and programmatic documents such as Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) and Project Outlines a multitude of stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations on the execution of all policies, business processes and procedures, and supporting technology systems related to budgeting, accounting, cost accounting, cash flow, internal financial controls, and related testing and remediation activities.
• Assist with the implementation of the Federal Financial Managers Integrity Act.
• Identify, plan, recommend, and implement solutions that improve efficiencies for internal processes.
• Manage and report project progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to the client as appropriate.
• Provide recommendations on the execution of all policies, business processes and procedures, and supporting technology systems related to budgeting, accounting, cost accounting, cash flow, internal financial controls, and related testing and remediation activities.
• Provide guidance on the execution of accounting and finance matters to include funds.
• Performs other duties as assigned and special projects as required.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $135,000- $150,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
