Travel Nurse RN - Home Health - $2,528 per week in Merrimack, NH

Job Title : Home Health Registered Nurse Profession : Registered Nurse Specialty : Home Health Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Hours per Shift : 5x8 (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Experience : Minimum of 2 years of skilled homecare experience preferred License : Valid state nursing license Certifications : BLS required Must-Have : Experience with wound care, IV management, and ostomy care is preferred. Ability to manage a caseload of up to 6 patients daily. Description : Looking for a Registered Nurse with skilled homecare experience to support the team. Candidates will be expected to provide care for adults and geriatrics with varying diagnoses and levels of acuity. Responsibilities include high-volume skilled wound care, IV management, ostomy care, chronic disease management, and medication education. Coverage is needed Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with some flexibility due to self-scheduling. Candidates can schedule visits but must leave time open for urgent admissions. A week of pre-approved time off will be considered on a case-by-case basis for additional requests. Travel required for home visits within designated territory. Mileage will be reimbursed at the standard rate. No call is required for this position. First-time travelers may be considered for the right candidate based on homecare experience. References are required. Drug screening is required prior to the start date.
