Strong financial modeling skills and a solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow relationships. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications; experience with Hyperion or similar systems is a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities. Collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. LHH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. This role is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives on turning data into actionable insights and influencing strategic decisions. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement, while collaborating across multiple business units. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain short- and long-term financial forecasts to guide strategic decision-making.
- Support the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Deliver detailed financial analysis on pricing, volume, expenses, and profitability to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting and strengthen internal controls.
- Drive continuous improvements in planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide insights through key performance indicators and data-driven analytics to influence business decisions.
