Position : RN-MedSurg (Travel / Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-MedSurg for a 13-week contract in Salem, Virginia — earn up to ($1904 - $2004 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting.
Participate in continuous professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare environments.
Educate patients and families on health management.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Contribute to team goals and support colleagues.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Experience / Qualifications
Current RN license in Virginia with MedSurg experience preferred.
Strong commitment to continuous professional development and training.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing patient needs effectively.
Proven ability to utilize data for improving patient care outcomes.
Experience in collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Proficient in monitoring and documenting patient progress accurately.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to educate patients and families on health management effectively.
Strong performance evaluation skills and openness to feedback.
Willingness to contribute to team goals and support colleagues.
