Your Responsibilities
Self-Generating Sales Activities : Creatively identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking, canvassing, and community engagement . Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.Consultative Selling : Understand homeowners' needs and offer expert advice on our roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling services. Build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Quota Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while maximizing your earning potential through commission-based compensation.Prescheduled Leads : Convert pre-scheduled appointments into satisfied customers using your excellent communication and presentation skills .Who You Are
Self-motivated, confident, and ambitious , with a strong desire to succeed.Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.Goal-driven and eager to meet and exceed sales targets.Valid driver's license required.Willing to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.Comfortable with heights and able to climb ladders to assess roofs.Benefits :
