Boutique investment firm in Solana Beach, CA, seeks a  Junior Planner  to join the team and support the lead advisor in various stages of the financial planning process. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment, this is the position for you. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, assisting in creating tailored financial plans and supporting the ongoing management of client portfolios. To be successful in this role, you will want to have :

• Experience : 3-5 years of financial planning experience.
• Certifications : CFP and / or Series 65.
• Software Proficiency : Familiarity with financial planning software and industry-specific CRMs. Experience with Advyzon, Schwab Advisor, iRebal, eMoney Advisor, Holistiplan, SSAnalyzer, and YCharts is preferred.
• Financial Knowledge : Core knowledge of financial planning concepts and financial products.
• Technology : Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
