We are currently seeking home care aides to join our nationally recognized agency, which is independently owned and operated.

• Competitive pay $18.00 to $22.00 (depending on experience, client level of care and location)

Must haves:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
• Proof of current 2-step TB testing (or willing to obtain)
• Home care aide registration with the state of CA (or willing to obtain)
• First aid and CPR certified
• Must be physically able to perform the functions of this position
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of sufficient automobile insurance (when applicable)
• Satisfactorily complete SYNERGY HomeCare online training modules as assigned
• Available to work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

As a home care aide with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care, companionship, social engagement
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
