JOB SCOPE :
The Agent Developer will be responsible for designing and deploying automation solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across our operations. This includes building agents through intuitive development platforms, identifying and addressing opportunities to streamline workflows, and solving complex problems with end-to-end automation.
JOB SUMMARY :
As an Agent Developer, you will play a key role in transforming how we automate and optimize business processes. Leveraging self-service agent-building tools including low-code / no-code platforms and natural language interfaces you will design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that solve end-to-end workflow challenges. This role is best suited for individuals who are self-starters, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring a holistic, execution-focused mindset to making complex tasks simpler and more efficient.

JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Designs, develops, and implements automation solutions using low-code / no-code platforms to address complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency
- Translates strategic business needs into scalable agent-driven automation by orchestrating APIs, triggers, large language model (LLM) functions, and data workflows
- Rapidly prototypes and refines automation designs by leveraging natural language interfaces and visual workflow modeling tools
- Assumes full accountability for automation initiatives, managing solutions end-to-end from concept through deployment to ensure measurable business outcomes
- Engages with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate and anticipate upstream and downstream implications of automation, ensuring alignment with company priorities
- Continuously assesses and enhances agent performance by monitoring execution, analyzing results, and applying first-principles thinking to optimize or re-architect as required
- Drives scalability and resiliency in automation solutions by identifying opportunities to modernize or redesign existing workflows for long-term impact
- Enables and empowers business partners by fostering a culture of automation, acting as a strategic advisor to help teams leverage agent-driven solutions
- Champions organizational change and innovation by challenging legacy processes, introducing forward-looking practices, and advancing adoption of automation technologies
- Maintains expertise in emerging automation and AI technologies, incorporating industry best practices to drive continuous innovation and sustained competitive advantage

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field required.5-7 years of professional experience in automation, systems integration, workflow design, or related technical / business rolesDemonstrated experience with low-code / no-code development platforms or enterprise workflow automation toolsProficiency in API integration, data workflow orchestration, and systems interoperabilityStrong capability in rapid solution design, prototyping, and iteration using modern interfaces and visual workflow toolsAnalytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex processes and design simplified, scalable solutionsProven track record of end-to-end project ownership, delivering measurable business impactExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to operate with urgency and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsPREFERRED SKILLS :
