A company is looking for a Social Worker NE PT.

Key Responsibilities

Provide social work services to patients in an acute care setting, addressing psychosocial needs and discharge planning

Function as a member of a multidisciplinary team and assist with program development and evaluation

Conduct psychosocial assessments and offer crisis intervention and patient / family education

Required Qualifications

Certified LMSW or LCSW and Missouri Social Work license

Master's Degree in Social Work

Preferably 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting

Basic computer and typing skills
