About the Role :

We are seeking an Engineering Lead to join our core team. At AngelList, engineering teams are explicitly small, and built on mutual respect, high trust, and low overhead. It's not a fit for everyone, but when there's a fit, it’s one of the most rewarding places to work.

As an Engineering Lead, you will be building & managing one of these small teams to own a core part of our product stack. In addition, you'll also be driving core technical decisions, influencing product strategy, and directly making contributions into the codebase.

• Learn the venture financing business inside and out - from the ground up.

AngelList has offices in a few cities, and our engineering hub in San Francisco.  We’re focused on hiring from this hub office so engineers and product teams can collaborate in the office at least twice per week (Tuesdays and choice between Wednesday or Thursday).

Compensation : The compensation for this role consists of a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity package. The base salary for this role is $240,000+ annually but actual will vary based on a number of factors including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Additional details about our Total Rewards package will be provided during the recruitment process.
