Our members dont just show upthey show out. Were looking for a Gym Manager who shares that mindset and can lead our facility with the same intensity.

Role Overview :

As the Gym Manager at RAW Gym, you'll take ownership of a team of trainers and staff, and maintain the standard of excellence our members expect. Youll need hustle, leadership skills, and a deep respect for training culture.

Personal training certification is required

Responsibilities :

Operations & Facility Management

  • Ensure the gym floor, training areas, and equipment are always in top shapefunctional, clean, and safe.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and inventory of gym gear and supplements.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with efficiency.

    • Team Leadership

    Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of coaches

  • Lead by examplemotivating staff with energy, professionalism, and a no-BS attitude.

    • Run team meetings, training sessions, and performance check-ins.

    Member Engagement

  • Build relationships with membersknow their goals, support their progress, and keep the gym culture strong.
  • Address issues and feedback quickly and professionally.
  • Promote a vibe where members feel challenged, supported, and inspired.

    • Sales & Growth

  • Drive new membership sign-ups through referrals, outreach, and creative promotions.
  • Boost retention with killer service, events, and a strong gym community.
  • Track performance KPIs like membership growth, churn rate, and revenue goals.

    • What Were Looking For :

  • 2+ years of gym or operations management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for fitness, especially strength training, functional fitness, or athletic performance.
  • Comfortable with sales, membership systems.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Background in strength & conditioning, CrossFit, or sports coaching.
  • Local community ties or marketing / event planning experience.
