[job_card.job_description]Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in the state of practice. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required. Experience in home health or outpatient therapy preferred. Knowledge of Medicare Part B documentation and regulations. Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible, home-based schedule. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills. CPR and other relevant certifications as required. Location : Medicare Part B Visits- Deerfield Beach / Lighthouse Point Area- PRN

Pay : $75 / visit

Position Summary :
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home care for Medicare Part B patients. In this role, you will assess and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders, creating individualized therapy plans to help patients improve communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess patients in their homes and create individualized therapy plans.
- Provide skilled interventions for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing.
- Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and daily functioning.
- Document progress and ensure compliance with Medicare Part B regulations.
- Collaborate with the home health / therapy care team to coordinate patient care.
- Adjust treatments based on patient progress and needs.
