Overview

PTW, a global gaming services company, is seeking a talented and experienced recruiter to identify, attract and hire top talent for various Quality Assurance roles and handling volume QA and LQA recruitment projects in the Charleston, SC and and Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates for Creative positions and QA Testers, Games Testers through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial phone screens.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person and video interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate job offers and handle offer letters and contracts.
• Manage relationships with candidates through the recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job postings.
• Analyze market data and compensation benchmarks to remain competitive.
• Maintain databases and records of candidates and hiring activities.
• Provide recommendations to improve the recruitment process and strategy.
• Responsible for filling the open positions in the regions and positions have been assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a recruiting role, experienced recruiting for Creative positions such as Games Artist, Producer, QA, LQA, Games Tester, preferably in the gaming/tech industry
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Full life cycle recruiting experience is preferred and ability to source candidates using various channels and research tools.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work with a global team and candidates across time zones
• Candidates with agency/recruitment firm working experience are highly preferred.
• Experience working with volume recruitment is highly preferred.
• Industry and candidate mapping experience
