Key Responsibilities

Manage logistics for regional events and webinars, including venue coordination and attendee preparation

Coordinate marketing assets, vendors, and internal communications for field events

Track budgets and assist with vendor coordination and invoicing processes

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in marketing, events, operations, or related fields

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Strong organizational and project-management skills
