Constant overlapping physician coverage and excellent specialty back-up keep the department running smoothly and the physicians enjoy a moderate pace of practice under two patients per hour. Shifts are mostly 9 hours, EPIC EMR, all shifts have scribes and with the vast majority of overnights already covered by dedicated night doctors!Provider satisfaction is extremely high here. The group has deep ties to the hospital, a very collegial relationship with the specialists and are very stable.
