A fast-growing Orange County firm is searching for a Human Resources Director to evolve operations, training, and culture initiatives. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys building systems, teams, and programs that drive lasting impact.

What You'll Do :

  • Design, implement, and manage training and development programs for all levels of staff and leadership.
  • Oversee core HR operations, including talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
  • Manage and enhance the Rippling HRIS , ensuring smooth workflows and accurate data.
  • Partner with firm leadership to align HR strategy with the firm's growth and vision.
  • Deliver high-energy presentations and workshops that promote learning, engagement, and professional excellence.
  • Mentor and support department leaders to foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.

What You Bring :

  • 10+ years' progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in professional services or a professional firm setting.
  • Expertise in training design, delivery, and ongoing employee development
  • Experience with Rippling HRIS or similar HR platforms.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills — comfortable leading groups and influencing leadership.
  • Deep understanding of HR compliance, best practices, and employment law
  • A proactive, people-first mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing organization.
