Job Summary :

As an Infusion Paramedic, you will be responsible for providing critical infusion therapies to patients in various settings. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the highest standard of care. Your expertise in handling medical emergencies and delivering intravenous therapies will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer intravenous (IV) infusions and medications in accordance with medical guidelines and protocols.
• Monitor patients during and after infusion therapy, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Assess and document patients' medical history and current conditions to customize infusion plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to deliver personalized patient care.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate pre-hospital care as needed.
• Educate patients and their families about the infusion process, potential side effects, and self-care practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Keep updated with the latest infusion techniques and safety protocols through continuous professional development.

Qualifications :

Current paramedic certification or licensure in Arizona.
