Position Overview\n

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with specialty certification in Oncology Chemo to join our dynamic team in the hematology / oncology unit. This position is for night shifts, working three 12-hour shifts per week (19 : 00 - 07 : 30). Candidates should have a willingness to learn and a desire to grow their nursing practice.

\n \n\nOrientation and Scheduling\n

The initial orientation consists of a 72-hour training program. The first week will be Monday to Friday, day shifts, followed by 36 hours of on-unit orientation with a preceptor.

Shifts are self-scheduled, with weekend duties based on unit needs. Floating to other Med / Surg and Oncology units may be required.

\n\nWork Environment\n

This position operates within a busy hematology oncology unit, caring for a diverse patient population amidst a collaborative healthcare team. The facility is equipped with advanced technology, including GE telemetry systems and Alaris pumps.
