Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Initiate and maintain meaningful interactions with potential and existing clients, identifying their insurance needs and offering expert advice.
Sales Strategy : Implement effective sales techniques to promote Brett Younce Insurance products and services, aiming to meet and surpass sales targets.
Policy Recommendations : Analyze customer profiles and present tailored insurance solutions to meet individual needs and secure customer satisfaction.
Account Management : Manage existing client accounts, ensuring policy renewals and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Networking : Establish and nurture a network of professional contacts to boost brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Market Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market, industry trends, and competitive offerings to provide clients with the most current information.
Requirements
Licensing : Possession of a valid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred but not required.
Experience : Proven track record in sales or a related customer service field.
Communication Skills : Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Orientation : Strong commitment to meeting and surpassing client expectations.
Adaptability : Comfortable working in a hybrid setting with a focus on balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
