Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Service : Provide exceptional service, assist customers in finding the right products, and build lasting relationships.
  • Cashiering : Accurately process transactions and handle returns / exchanges.
  • Merchandising : Ensure products are well-displayed, stocked, and organized.
  • Store Maintenance : Keep the store clean, safe, and inviting.
  • Team Collaboration : Work together to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive environment.
  • Positive Attitude : Consistently demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

Qualifications :

  • Passion for beauty products and helping others.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented.
  • Consistent, positive attitude and a commitment to Christian values of service and integrity.
